Telechips Announces Partnership with TVSTORM to Incorporate Middleware Solution into Telechips` UHD Chipset
Supplying Smart Set-Top Box Platform incorporating Telechips’ UHD chipset and
TVSTORM’s Middleware solution
Seoul-(April 19, 2016)- Telechips, a leading provider of semiconductor in fabless fields, today announced that a middleware solution company for Set-Top Box, TVSTORM, will be a partner of Telechips. By establishing strategic alliance with TVSTORM, Telechips will start to expand global reach in the Set-Top Box market.
Telechips provides SoC (System on Chip) supporting UHD (Ultra High Definition) screen integrated with TVSTORM’s Middleware solution. This Smart Set-Top Box platform provided by Telechips reduces development time of products. Telechips plans to do co-promotion with TVSTORM to operators and OEM companies worldwide to represent Telechips’ UHD products incorporating with TVSTORM’s Middleware solution.
